1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Nibras ("the App") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. The Service
Nibras is an Islamic productivity app providing prayer times, task and habit management, and worship tracking. Prayer times are calculated locally using established astronomical methods (Adhan calculation) and are provided for convenience; you should verify times with your local mosque or authority for religious obligations. We are not liable for differences in local calculation conventions.
3. Your Account
If you sign in, you are responsible for the security of your account and the activity under it. Sign-in is provided through Apple and Google.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of the content you create (tasks, worship records). You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and sync that content to provide the service. We do not claim ownership of your data.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer, or use the App for any unlawful purpose.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
The App is currently provided free of charge. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced in the future, pricing and billing terms will be presented in-app and processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, subject to their terms. Any future subscription renews automatically unless cancelled through your store account; manage or cancel from your Apple/Google account settings.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the App available and accurate but provide it "as is" without warranties. Features may change, and the service may be interrupted or discontinued.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tenebra Studio is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App, including reliance on prayer times for religious obligations.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time (see Delete Account). We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means acceptance.
