- Server logs: our hosting provider (Vercel) records IP addresses, browser type, pages visited, and timestamps. This is standard infrastructure logging.
- No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts are loaded on this website at the time of writing. If we add analytics in the future, this policy will be updated.

- To respond to your inquiry and qualify whether we are a fit.

- Google Workspace (Gmail) — email correspondence.
- WhatsApp Business — direct client messaging.
Each provider has its own privacy policy. Submitting a form means your information passes through these providers en route to us.
5. Data Retention
- Inquiries that do not become clients: retained for up to 12 months, then deleted on request or at our discretion.
- Active client data: retained for the duration of the engagement plus 7 years for tax and legal compliance under Egyptian law.
- Project files and source code: retained as agreed in the project contract; typically delivered to the client and kept by us as backup for at least 12 months post-delivery.

You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal retention requirements).

Our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
