Can I edit the site myself after launch?
In Tier 1 and 2, edits go through us (cheap, fast). In Tier 3, we install a CMS so your team can edit content directly without touching code.
Do you do e-commerce sites?
Light e-commerce yes (Tier 3, single payment provider). For full multi-product stores, we'd recommend a dedicated platform — happy to advise without selling you something we shouldn't.
What about hosting?
We deploy to Vercel (fast, free, excellent for static sites) or your existing host. Hosting setup is a +1,500 EGP add-on if you want us to handle it.
What if my Arabic content isn't ready?
Add the Arabic copywriting add-on (+5,000 EGP). We'll write your hero, sections, and CTAs in Tenebra-quality Arabic.
Do you offer rush delivery?
Yes — 50% rush fee for delivery in half the standard timeline. Limited to one rush slot per month.
What's included in maintenance retainer?
3,000 EGP/month covers: monitoring, security updates, content edits (up to 2/month), one small visual change/month, and priority response within 24 hrs.
